Crossborder Pte Ltd is an independent corporate advisory and investment firm with an extensive professional network across Asia. The firm was founded in Singapore in 1999 as a result of amalgamation of businesses in Japan and ASEAN which had been under operation since 1991.

The firm extends comprehensive hands-on services primarily to deal-oriented requirements in Asia. Although our main role is advisory, we are also researcher, producer, coordinator, arranger, mediator, and negotiator. That is, we are always with our clients from upstream to downstream process to ensure the deal execution.

With the recent increased needs for cross-border M&A, alliances, expansion or restructuring in emerging Asia, we are further strengthening our operational capabilities with more enhanced support from the extensive associate and other professional network.
